At Hope Consult, the cost of services varies by the time allotted for services provided. Please email or call us for details. Payment for services may be made by Paypal or Zelle, credit card, Debit Card or HSA/FSA card before the service is rendered (check or cash options not available for now). Certain tax laws have created new programs that may help you pay for your therapy, including Medical Savings Accounts and Pre-Tax Flexible Spending Medical Accounts (HSA/FSA). You can also deduct the cost of therapy from your taxes if you itemize. It is a medical expense. Ask your Accountant or Compensation and Benefits Administrator if you qualify for either program.
Generally, our services are “private pay” and our providers considered “Out of Network” for insurance companies. If your insurance plan offers Out of Network benefits for mental health care, it may be possible to submit a request for partial reimbursement of the fees you pay for therapy. If you are interested in this possibility, we are happy to provide you with the necessary form for submission; please check with your insurance company to determine what benefits are available to you. Coaching services, support groups, and workshops are not covered by insurance companies.

We keep similar high standards to ensure your safety, thus information will be asked during the first session to ensure effective support within client’s country and community. The first session will also assess if this modality of service best fits client’s needs.

Premarital/Post-marital Counselling Services. Research indicates that most people on the planet will choose to get married at some point in their lifetime. Studies also show increasing separations, divorces and consequences on the couple, their children, extended family, as well as future potential relationships for themselves and their children. Premarital counselling on the other hand have helped many couples consciously think through their expectations, beliefs and reality ahead as a legal, spiritual, emotional and physical institution. It is undeniable that such a preparation reduces the rate of heartache and divorce. It also empowers couples with tools to navigate life’s highs and lows they will experience.
As a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator, I guide couples seeking premarital counseling to PREPARE for the life ahead, through discussions and reflections on self, other, the expected marital relationship and core pillars. I also facilitate sessions for those already married who seek to ENRICH their marriage and connection (whether they had premarital counselling or not).
Being multiculturally minded, I include culture specific topics relevant to the couple. I highly encourage couples to take the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment that is a valuable tool during sessions and
for growth.
